Swap hardware between laptops

I got two latitude e-5580. Both have the usb-c connector.

The difference is,

CPU: i7-7600U vs i7-7820HQ (with thunderbolt)  <- which is way more powerfull.

Would it be possible to swap the cpu's, what more do I need to get the thunderbolt on the 7600U?
