I've purchased 2 new 4100's, 800mhz PIII running Win ME. Nearly every time I shut down, the cpu seems to go into a sleep mode only, not shutting down (lights on, fan runs). The only way to get the PC back running is to reset. When I then shutdown again, it completely shuts down.

Why is this and how do I shut down completely?
