I have a Dell XPS 9360. Ever since I got it, the Dell update application has not been working correctly. Sometimes it would pop up and announce a new video driver is available, but after it being silent for a long time and some issue, I found out there are more than several updates to my outdated drivers for which there is a newer version on dell.com.

I just reset my Windows machine to factory state, meaning I have a clean Windows installation, and the app only installed a new video driver version for me.

There is a much newer BIOS version, a newer WiFi driver version, and several others - I check this by entering my service tag on Dell's support page, and check which drivers are newer than the ones installed on my system.

Can't find anything on this online. Am I the only one seeing this app doesn't do what it's meant it?
