I have a DELL Poweredge 2600 which I believe has an onboard Intel Gigabit ethernet adapter.  I have connected this to the 1 Gbps port of the 3348 switch and it only connects at 100 Mbps.  Everything is set to "Auto" - if I try to manually set the network card @ 1 Gbps then I can no longer connect to the switch.  Please could someone tell me how I can connect @ 1 Gbps.
