Hi, got a Dell PowerEdge 6600 that wont start. When I plug in power the front lcd display briefly lights up blue then quickly changes to amber then goes off and the green power button starts to blinker. Pressing this does nothing. The 3 power supplies 'AC Present Indicators' are green and their fans are working. The 'back panel system status indicator' briefly lights up red/amber. No other lights are on. No fans are on. I have removed and re-seated all boards/connectors. Server has been in storage for the last 6 months, it was working fine before this. Any suggestions as to what this may be??
