I am trying to print Thank You cards for my sons' birthday party.  The program does not give me the option of printing on the 4x5 !/2 inch cards that I bought to do this with.  It either wants quarter fold or half fold cards using 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper.  Anyone know how to fix this?
