I just ran the diagnostic tool again and everything was fine when testing a DVD but when I insert a bluray disc, nothing happens. The drive simply makes a few noises and then the diagnostic tool states that there is no disc, please insert...same problem as in windows. Once again, a solution is desperately needed...
