Starting about 3 months ago, Internal camera would stop working in the middle of a zoom or Teams call.  Added an external camera.  The external camera started doing the same thing.

I figured it was a driver issue.  Trouble shot it for quite a while before deciding to reload the OS.  

I have tried through Windows 11 to reset the system.  Both keeping all data and wiping all data.  Didn't help.  Problem still exists.

I tried loading the OS from USB drive.  Same issue.

I started using the Dell Assist built into the BIOS to reload.  Same issue.

I am not loading anything else.  Windows 11 Pro and What ever dell adds.  But it did the same thing with out the dell bloat ware.

I also noted that updates were take a long time.  Like hours.  Last time I reloaded the OS (Dell assist) the system acted flacky.  I ran SFC and DISM commands and got error 87 from both.  Corrupted image from Dell?

I am reloading again, this time I mounted a ISO from Microsoft.  See if that does anything different.  I doubt it though.

It is still under warrenty.
