Right I need a bit of help, i have a Dell optiplex GX240 computer runing Windows 2000. The problem is that i have two users one with admin ryts and one without, and i only know the password for the user without admin ryt's and i want to upgrade to Windows Xp. formating wont work as it wants an admin password and when i go in bios i cant make it boot from the cd as there is only the one option of booting from c drive. how can i get round the password or how can i get in to DOS before i have to put a password in so i can format it from there?
