My father bought an dell notebook powerbank plus 3 years ago, lask week he started having problems with the powerbank charge, we have tried changing the cable but everytime we conect it instead of charguing it stays on the first dot, when you connect a device while its connected it charges vut when you take out the cable from the power bank it stops charguing the device
