hl-td-st rw/dvd 4241n make annoying noise

Question

hi guys I am kavian (a new poster) i have a big problem with my HL-TD-ST RW/DVD 4241N .when i eject or close the door of the madule the lenz shakes in its place (it make many annoying noises).and then madule begining to work if the cd is a Data Cd i have 2 many problem with my RW/DVD . whenever drive slowing down in readin' data from cd the shake beginning again and so on . i have no problem with its write and read on cd s .but this sound make me upset thanks if u can help regard

yes i am sure , my madule complete name is HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4241N and my laptop is a latitude D505 DELL series i am sure can u help me about this problem? thanks bye
