Hi Anthony, We have heard a number of stories about the Tech help from India. Click on the CD/RW gif in my post and scroll to Section 11, try articles 2 & 1. Also Section 20, article 3. Double check after re-setting Set-up defaults in the BIOS that the Secondary IDE channel is Enabled / Auto. If this does not help, then make the call to Microsoft, I have read where a couple of people have had to do this but received no feedback on what the "Fix" is or the How to.
