My Dell Inspiron 8200 has the same failure during diagnostics but the hard drive is running fine, although it did crash once.  Scandisk does not find anything but still it fails every time I test it, my laptop is also having problems with the video, vertical lines showing up causing windows to crash.

Would this be a video card problem, or would a hard drive problem cause problems with the video display?
