If you have two DIMMs, remove DIMMA and retest. OK? If so, move DIMMB to DIMMA. No issue? DIMM A is bad. If the issue occurs when DIMMB tests good in its socket, but bad in A, you've got a bad mainboard.

I was having the same problem and was wondering how you would do that and, if that don't work, what would you do?

Yeah so I sent the laptop in to be fixed and it comes back exactly the same way it left. What now?
