I have a Dimension 2400 on the latest BIOS (A05).
I have installed a ITE PCI RAID card which is working but I cannot seem to get the PC to boot from the RAID array.
When I boot the PCI the RAID BIOS is displayed and I can build the array and set it to bootable, however when I continue without any IDE drives attached to the main motherboard controllers I get 'no disk drive found' as though the Dell BIOS is looking for a drive to be on the motherboard IDE controllers.
I can't see an option in the Dell BIOS to boot from SCSI/RAID?
Does it matter which PCI slot I have the IDE RAID controller in?
Does this PC/motherboard support a boot from PCI IDE RAID?

All I see in the boot device list is CD-ROM, Hard Drive (C:) and Floppy (A:).
I am using the Dell A05 BIOS - has this been scaled down and is there a Phoenix BIOS available?
Thanks
