Reseat the RAM, battery, CD drive and any cards in the system. If it still fails to power up, hopefully it's under warranty because the likely point of failure is the mainboard, which is expensive to replace.

Thanks!  I've pulled it out several times and did not realize it!  My machine still won't power up.  Thanks again.
