will I need to upgrade my BIOS for bigger disk (i5150)

I have an inspiron 5150 that I purchased last November and would like to swap out the OEM TOSHIBA MK3021GAS 30Gb drive for an Hitachi 7k100 80Gb drive. Will I have to update my BIOS? I have BIOS Version/Date A34, 5/26/2004.
