The correct driver is supplied by Windows and all optical drives use the same ones. Look in the Device Manager and click the (+) next to DVD/CD-ROM drive and post the Brand and Model of the drive and we will identify it.
The correct driver is the one supplied by Microsoft (dated about 2001). Windows installs it and all optical drives use the same ones. You may be referring to Firmware. The latest is a DOS based version here ........
