D610 HDD Password...

Good Morning everyone, Not sure if this has ever been posted or answered but here goes. I have a user who has been using her D610 since September with no problems. Said user took the laptop home last night to get some work done, when she was finished, she powered it down like normal. When she came into the office this morning, it was asking for an HDD password when booting. Since we never put boot passwords on the machines she was baffled. I tried any password WE would have set, to no avail. Is there a jumper on the D610's that i can use to disable the password? Or what can I do to get past the HDD password? Call Dell. They can assist you. I suspect you've got a failing drive.
