Googling this error code gets a number of hits, most do not seem to help. May I ask, is this WMP 10 and do you have Sonic`s software? If the answer is yes, just over to Sonic`s site and apply the patch for this and see if it helps.

Open Sonic`s software, I do not have it but usually somewhere under help you can check for the version of the software you. Then go here: Sonic Support Downloads and try the patch for your version. I honestly do not know if this will help in your case, but about all I could find, other than reinstalling WMP 10 again.
