Sonic is the software for copying 'things' to CD-R discs. Open that, find the help file and look for a tutorial on using that software.

I have Windows XP Media with a Dell Dimension E310 DVD R/RW. I have tried HP DVD+RW and HP CD-R CD's. I just don't know the basics I guess. Have SONIC software that came with the computer.
