So I tried again with changed settings and I noticed that I had a bunch of different settings.
Generally it is set to Laptop/Portable. thats the setting it was on last night. when it was skipping like an MF'er.
Today When I watched the other movie I had it set on Always On. Is that the best setting to use?
Or Home Office/Desk, Presentation, Minimal Power Management, or Max Battery. There are also 4 quickset settings.
When I used Always On, my battery was drain to under 10% before the DVD was over. I was able to finish it but I'm wondering if there's a better setting to use so that longer DVD's like maybe Braveheart or Gladiator(longer movie examples) would be able to be watched with one battery. I'm using a 9 Cell Li-on battery.

for viewing longer dvds suggest you first consider ripping the dvd to hdd when on AC power then view the dvd by opening the film on the hard drive.
