Linksys Wireless N, and Dell wireless keyboard and mouse do not work together

I have a Dell XPS Gen4 computer and I recently purchased a Linksys Wireless N router, and desktop PCI adapter.

It was very easy to setup and get running, but about after five minutes of using the wireless my keyboard and mouse stopped responding. I have been told that the wireless router and PCI card will not intefere but that is the only solution I was abler to come up with.

Luckily I had a spare keyboard and mouse and it worked fine. I am going to return the wireless adapter and router if i can not resolve the problem with my wireless mouse and keyboard.

Anyone have any suggestions, Linksys support did not have any solutions after trying every channel and there final say was the wireless signals will always interfere with other wireless signals. If this is the case then i guess i will have to wait until i can hardwire my house.

Thanks

Ron

It is surely something unique. Normally it doesn't happen. Lets see if we can figure out something.

Please mention the exact make & model of the keyboard and mouse.

Same for the router.
