Can it be a hidden file?
If so just go the folder that it's in, click "Tools", then "Folder Options", then "View", and check "Show hidden files".
Also I would suggest getting WinDirStat.  It shows the size of the files in your drive and you can delete a file by simply clicking on a portion of a picture.
If it won't let you delete the file get the "Unlocker" program.  It allows you to delete anything.

Good luck.

thanks manogamez for that advise but it didn't work i think i way see if simply deframenting again will help me (hopefully this may work  but i think it will take a couple hours if it works)

If it does not work does anyboby know how to delete fragmented files that wont be defagmented? (note their are over 6,300 fragments)
