It seems (see first post in the above thread) that the BIOS seems to think there is a problem with the hard drive.
As you are within warranty, I would contact Dell support for advice.
Also, how new is the replacement hard disk that you are using? It may be that there is a fault with that and that you need to contact the vendor to have it replaced.
strange I think its just the amount of times you try before it works, I was doing this 2 to 3 times a day the same way the same steps, one day it just worked :), so keep on trying ;), take care,
