I looked in the Primary IDE Channel (of which i have two for some reason..??..) and found that even though the Transfer mode was set to 'DMA if available' the Current Transfer Mode was set to 'PIA Only'.  So I uninstalled the port, rebooted, and reset it and now it's fine.  And as I'd hoped, this also seems to have corrected the slow burn speed I was experiencing which previously was around 0.75x but now gets up to the 8x speed that it should burn at.

Same problem over here
The Drive is not getting detected at all and no drivers anywhere for this TSST TS-L632D
I am helpless
Error msg "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
