Hi Helen,

Did you go ahead and try roll the date back to Novemeber just be sure it is not the bug in Cineplayer?

What is the name/model of your drive?

Merry Christmas !

Hi,

I did not try the rollback date trick yet since I only read only that this morning.  I'll try it when I go home tonight.

I have TSST TS-H352C DVD-ROM.

My DVDs also don't play in my DVD RW anymore but I don't have that model # with me.

What do you mean my cineplayer?  I don't have cineplayer unless you mean my XP Media Center is cineplayer... Are they the same thing?

Hi Helen,

Media Player and Media Center will use the codecs from Cineplayer.
Go ahead and roll the date back but not forward to January, if it does not help, you can always set the date back to the correct time frame.

Merry Christmas !

The roll back the date to November trick worked!  At least now I know it's not something that I did to my computer, which is a big relief.

Thanks a lot for your help!
