When I create a data disk on the Roxio Creator the data (Adobe) show up on the disk. Then on my next session the disk drive (E) will not read any data at all. The other drive (D) does not even see the disk is present. The tech have tied me up for 45 minutes to an hour at a time. I have uninstalled Roxio and re installed it at their request. Still the same problem.

You also need to provide the model number of your computer system and both drives. Since there is no way for me to know which drive is D and which is E, please provide that information as well.

I'm sorry for the twenty questions but diagnosis requires detail, or we're simply guessing.

I received a copy of my invoice. I shows Item #313-4581 16X DVD ROM and 48X Combo Drive.

Rather than checking invoices, try device manager. You'll find both drive models listed there.

And I also need your computer system model.

Hiya, The number for Dell corporate office is; 0909 XXX 7253 (Its Julies desk) Goodluck! Took me ages to find that number but now everyone can use it! Jim
