Why are there 4 Partitions on my Drive??

Question

I have a new E520 VIIV Pent 915 with a 250 GB hard drive. What are the other two partitions for?

The other two partitions should be the 39mb± is Dell's Hidden EISA Partition, that has diagnostics and the 3.46gb partition with the Dell PC Restore by Symantec utility.
