ND504 DVD +/- Drive not burning in itunes

Question

Hi,   I am trying to burn songs in Itunes with this drive on my E510 system, and it is not working. I can copy files to the CD-R drive, and that works, but in iTunes it is not working ?   Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanx.

You're not giving us much to go on. What is or is not happening? Also, please provide the model of your system and drive(s).

First it says   Canceling disc burn this may take a minute or two   Then in a box it says   The attempt to burn a disc failed.  An unknown error occurred (4261) while in iTunes   Thanx.

bruceo:   I'm sorry, but it's difficult to help unless you provide the information I requested above. In addition to your system and drive model numbers, it would help if you would provide information regarding anything you've already tried in order to fix this problem.
