Yes and no.

You will have to install both Operating systems using either Raid, or the Autodetect setting in the bios.

Problem, Vista was installed with raid setting (different drivers) Xp was installed using the ATA setting again different drivers.

There have been solutions to fixing this problem on other Dell models where XP  was installed with the raid setting by Dell, the fix converted to ATA without reinstalling the OS. But who knows if this will work with Vista.

Here is the raid drivers for XP,  http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&releaseid=R158601&SystemID=DIM_PNT_P4_E520&servicetag=&os= WW1&osl=en&deviceid=8615&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=2&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=1&libid=41&fileid=211963 I suggest Reinstalling XP using the raid setting, using these drivers, but the drivers will have to be slipstreamed into that XP disc using this software.
