What machine is this? The generic advice is to make sure the disk is set to the cable select position (master/slave positions may not work as Dells are often not desinged for these settings), and that you set the device to AUTO in the bios - it is highly unusual to have to set the drive parameters. Having said that, the warning message indicates that there MAY be an imminent disk failure so I'd be careful if relying on it - you may be better off with a different drive.

The System is OptiPlex GX110.

By the way, how to set the disk to the cable select position? I guess it is by jumper setting. But which pins to connect by the jumper?

Thanks for the answer.

Depends on the disk make. It will usually be marked on the hard disk (e.g. as "CS" position) or you can get this information from the disk manufacturer's web site.

Two things for your problem. First one is the error that you are getting about the hard drive is what dell considers a S.M.A.R.T. error and there basically is nothing to do to fix the problem. The second is you need to back up any data that you have on that hard drive and contact the manufacturer of the drive and see if it is still covered by their warranty if so get it replaced.
