It all depends on how you reinstall the OS,

did you deleted all the partitions?

Normally for Dell computers there are three partitions,

a. media direct

b. recovery drive

c. your C drive.

If you have deleted the drive D: , say goodbye to the recovery drive.

The only way for you to have "the Dell Recovery option" again is to ask for a

pre-loaded harddrive(image harddrive) from Dell,

which they wont replace just for the sake of "the Dell Recovery option"

Hi once more:

I have checked out the partitions on my disc.

They are 3, one is the C:\ but 2 of them don't have a name...

One is 47 MB and the other one is 3 GB (Primary partion?)...

Is one of them the Recovery partition?
Waiting for help.

Thank you very much for your patience.
Bye.

Does it say partition 2 recovery? something  like that?

Normally the recovery partition default is the drive d.

i doesn't say nothing...Just a blank space where the name is supposed to be.

I don't remember formatting the D: drive...

Maybe it is the one which is of 3 GB...
