Welcome to the forums ;)
I'd suggest you re-install the chipset drivers.
You should have a disc with them on it ('Drivers & Utilities'?), but you can download them off the Dell website, if you don't have the disc.
Getting them off the website would be best in fact. That'll ensure you're installing the latest ones ;)
