Flickering LCD Screen
I just formatted my dell 1200. Reinstalled XP and Office 2007. Now screen flashes and the blacks out. How do I tell if I have a Bad LCD or if I have another issue? Any thoughts would help.

If an external monitor displays OK (no blackout) then the LCD needs repair or replacement. If the external monitor does the same as the internal, the mainboard is bad.
