My expectation would be that hard drisk drive drive0, the one that is not being detected properly, is the 120GB drive that's already in the system. It's possible that you might have dislodged the existing hard drive's data cable or power cable when installing the new drive.
Also, in your BIOS (F2), you may want to change the SATA Secondary Drive from AUTO to Hard Drive.
