Computer crashed with 2 raid 0 drives - How do I get the data off of the drives? No slave option on the drives to add to my new computer

When one of the hard drives of a RAID-0 fails, there is no procedure to recover any of the files and folders, unless you try to use a utility similar to THIS, or use the services of a data recovery company.

the hard drives are ok, a power surge wiped out my motherboard.

If that all is damaged, you could try replacing the motherboard, reinstall the hard drives and see what happens.
Or, install the drives in an 'Identical System' and again see if you can recover the data.

Replacing the motherboard is one option which may work.
Another which may, is an external dual hard drive enclosure which supports RAID :emotion-55:
I recently bought myself a MaxInPower BEMIP35A7R external dual-drive enclosure which supports both RAID 0 and RAID 1 (which I use - for backups):
However... you obviously need a new motherboard anyway, so that should be your first priority/choice.
If you can get the same motherboard as the faulty one, you *should* be able to restore the RAID again.
