Warranty Question?
Hello,
Not sure if this woul be a proper place for my question but here goes.
I purchase a XPS 710 with the 3 YR warranty... With it I got a few gaming accessories including the Razer Tarantula (Keyboard) and Copperhead (Mouse). My keyboard has begun to fail. The "D" and "X" keys are difficult to press. They push down just fine but it seems its not making contact. I have to press harder on those keys to get them to accept it.
My question is, is my keyboard covered under the warranty? I don't want to replace it with something lower grade if I don't need to.
Thanks

If the keyboard is part of the computer package, you purchased from Dell, then it is covered by the computer's warranty.

Thanks for the speedy reply.
By part of the package you mean purchased with the computer? It was a customization when i got my PC.
Thanks

Yes, if the keyboard is listed on the invoice that came with the computer, then Dell should replace it with the same model, or another keyboard that's equal, or better in value.
