XPS 730 Main Fan stays at 100%

I have an XPS 730 with the H2c Cooling just the other day my front fan stays at 100% all of the time, even if the computer is off all nite. I can start it up first thing in the mornig when it is ice cold and after about 2 seconds into the boot up the fan goes to full speed. I tried to change the fan settings manually in the Nvidia contol panel but that did not work. Does anyone have any suggestions????
