xps 200 won't restart after power down.
I shut down my xps 200 using the xp control panel
Later when I tried to start it up again by pushing the ON button nothing happens.
I did unplug and plug back in.
I do see green leds on the boards when plugged in.
This did happen before a couple months ago.
Any ideas?

Hello,
Take a look at this page to start troubleshooting the system.
What do the diagnostics light show? Are there any beep codes? And, what is the power button light doing?
