I would be providing feedback and I can guarentee that Mr. Indian Guy probably wouldn't like it. Unfortunately I am all out of ideas.  I think Dell should send you a new drive and if it works then we know it's the drive that is not working.  Hope things get sorted out for you.  Good Luck.
