Dell Dimension 4600 - Wireless Networking Adapter?

Hey Guys,

I have this pretty old Dell Dimension 4600 desktop here (512MB Ram, Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.66GHz). It has sat un-used for a while, and I wiped the OS and reinstalled everything.

I'm wondering...did this model computer come with a wireless networking adapter built in? I am not seeing any wireless network connection (only ethernet) and I'm wondering if I'm missing a driver.

Thanks!

Michael

There is NO wireless built in.  Actually, very few Desktops have wireless and the ones that do, it is either an option at extra cost when new or the user installed wireless.

If you want wireless you can either install a PCI Wireless card or use a USB port connected wireless device.
