3000 cn printer
I was adjusting the paper type on the menu of this printer. It totally stopped printing, now my studio XPS doesn't even recognize the printer and i am stumped as to what to do. I have shut down everything, unplugged and re started the system. I am not a computer genius, or even close. I have a print job for a client and I need the CD I guess, because I cannot find a download at Dell's site.

When I attempt to download my computer asks if I wish to save I indicate yes.....then I get a pop up that says there is no file to download and I have to go to Drivers etc. When I do that I attempt to download and I get the same thing.

I feel fairly confident you will roll your eyes at this question, but I'm going to sit out here on the edge and go for it......The download manager seems to be automatic, do i uninstall the download manager? Boy I wish i were Kim Commando right now.
