Hi PFunk, The drivers are generic to the OS so that should be not a problem with Windows XP. You should jump over to Microsoft`s Site and run the compatibility test on your system before upgrading to Windows XP. If per chance you have Roxio`s software, version 4 will not work and should be un-installed before upgrading. Actually if you have version 5.0, I would suggest you un-install it, afterwards you re-install Ver 5 and apply the updates. You can click on the CD/RW link within my post, scroll to Section 100, article 1 for the Microsoft article on testing your system.
Best Regards
God, grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones I do and the eyesight to tell the difference. CD/RW Link
