Have you tried deleting them from the Device Manager to see if Windows would automatically reinstall them? Also, when you tried the Update Driver feature did you direct it to the folder on your hard drive that contained the drivers?
Are you actually using two display adapters? I used to get two VGA compatible devices on my old Dimension 2400, but that was because the on-board video was never truly disabled when I installed an add-on video card. You should try to identify which adapter you are actually using and then go to the Drivers folder on your C: drive so that you can properly direct the Update Driver wizard to the correct folder.
With regard to the Drivers folder, if you are still using the original configuration delivered by Dell you should find a Drivers folder in the root directory. If you have ever reinstalled your operating system you may find the Drivers folder in a parent folder named "Dell".
EDIT: Incidentally, you should really have made this inquiry in the Desktop/Video forum. The folder you posted to is for Hard Disk Drive problems.
Try clicking on the yellow triangle in the Device Manager to see if it brings up a suggested action, and if so, give it a try. Otherwise you are going to need to identify the video card you are using.
As I mentioned before, you may have two drivers loaded because you have one for on-board video and one for an add-on video card. The Dimension 5150 uses an Intel graphics adapter for the on-board video, so you can identify that driver by looking for something that supports the Intel 82945. The second driver should be something for either ATI Radeon or nVidia. If you are using the add-on graphics card for your video it will be one of these last two that you need to search for.
I have clicked on the triangle. The reinstall doesn't work. The roll back doesnt work.
I tried to download drivers (from the Dell sited) and outside 82945. They download but won't load into the computer. The second driver seems to be the same as the first.
How about a complete XP roleback to factory settings. Will the reset everything? I don't have a disc and the F11 doesn't work.
I'm glad you got it working again, and sorry we couldn't produce a solution. Reinstalling the system is very straightforward but time consuming for most folks. That is why we usually attempt to find a solution short of a reinstallation. Provided the hardware is working properly, however, a reinstallation nearly always works.

Yes, I have tried to delete them for the reinstall-- still doesn't work. Yes, but there is always a problem on the install.
I don't think I am using 2 adapters. I don't know why I get the two devices showing.
I see a drivers file in the root directory and I see a driver file in the Dell directory. I have never reinstalled-- that I know of.
