Inspiron 1520 bad MOBO or video card?
I have a Inspiron 1520. I got a blue screen saying "hardware failure".
Now when I press the power button the power, Activitiy light and Bluetooth light up. But Laptop won't show anything on screen. Then after a few seconds the only light on is the power light.
The hdd is working fine, tested it on another CPU. Can anyone help me out?

When you start your Microsoft Windows XP-based computer after you swap the drive on the computer, you may receive a Stop error message that is similar to the following:
STOP 0x0000007B INACCESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE
This issue may occur if the new motherboard contains an embedded IDE controller that has a different chipset than the original motherboard.
