RACT Hangs?

I downloaded RACT A00 and am pointing it at the IP of an iDRAC6 on an R710. The discovery process never seems to complete -- it just sits there with no apparent error, but no apparent success either.

It also never asked me for credentials either.

Am I doing something wrong? There is no firewall or connectivity issue between the host running RACT and the iDRAC6.
