Alienware M17x R3 ship time

Hi All,

Anyone know how long it usually takes to ship an m17x r3 with an ati 6990m? I ordered one on the 27th of march with an EDD of the 18th of april. I ordered it for a 21st birthday present which is on the 11th of april. I know they can come early but it hasn't even entered production yet. What is annoying me is I specifically asked a rep in a chat window on the alienware site how long it would take and he said 10-12 working days to get it to my door! The EDD is well over that. If It doesn't enter production in the next day or so I won't get it on time, how do I cancel an order?
