Seagate Barracuda in a Dimension E520, part deux

Question

As per my post the other night, I just installed a new Seagate 2TB Barracuda in my old Dimension E520, which I've just finished wiping and restoring to factory settings.  The OS is Vista 32.  The BIOS and setup utility, from what I can discern, see the new HDD.  However, Windows doesn't seem to.  Any ideas on why this might be, and what I can do to get Windows to see it?

Hi jgregori37, Please remind me. Is this the system drive or a second drive? Have you already checked disk management?
