dell 3110cn
We are using a Dell Color Laser 3110cn. Unfortunately our procurement team now purchase Steinbeis "Classic White 80mg2" paper. This paper constantly jams in the Dell printer. I have tried various settings but cannot resolve the issue. Any idea which settings will accommodate this paper

Looks like the issue is that procurement has chosen 100% recycled paper. That tends to have slightly more imperfections and it leave behind a lot of dust in the printer which leads to more and more jamming. If you use a different ream of paper does the jamming go away? Also what error code are you receiving?

Thanks for your reply. Different paper does not jam. Unfortunately error logging was not started on device. Have now started but customer has now chaged paper, so unlikely to see any errors appearing. I'll advise customer not to utilise 100% recycled paper as residues will cause jamming and damage. Thanks for your help again.
